When Darkness Presses In at Night
The roaring lion prowls at night. That’s when fear feels strongest, when evil spirits seem boldest, when we need the shelter of the Most High more than anything.
“Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'” ā Psalm 91:1-2
This isn’t just comfort ā it’s a declaration of war against spiritual attack. When you speak these words of Psalm 91 out loud, you’re claiming God’s protection over your very physical space.
But here’s what I learned from a friend who battled severe nighttime oppression for months: you don’t whisper these verses. You speak them clearly, with authority, in the name of Jesus Christ.
“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” ā Psalm 23:4
The valley of the shadow of death isn’t just about physical death. It’s about those dark moments when evil forces seem to hover. But notice what David says ā he doesn’t fear evil. Why? Because God is with him.
When you find yourself in the darkest valley of spiritual oppression, remember that God’s presence transforms every situation. The very act of calling on His name brings light into the deepest darkness.
A Real Moment
Sarah texted me at 2 AM: “Something’s wrong in my apartment. I can feel it pressing down.” I sent her Psalm 91:1-2 and told her to pray it out loud, three times, walking through each room. Twenty minutes later: “Whatever it was, it’s gone. The heaviness lifted completely.”
That’s the power of God’s Word spoken in faith. Evil spirits must flee when confronted with the authority of Christ Jesus and the Word of God.
“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” ā Proverbs 18:10
When darkness presses in, run to the name of the Lord Jesus. Not just think about it ā actively call on His name. The name of Jesus Christ has mighty power that no evil spirit can withstand.
The righteous cry out to the Lord for protection, and He becomes their source of strength in every battle. In times of uncertainty, when fear threatens to overwhelm, the strong tower of His name provides unshakeable security.
“Surely he will save you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.” ā Psalm 91:3
The snare of the fowler represents hidden traps that evil spirits set to catch God’s people unaware. But when you dwell in the secret place of the Most High, He exposes every trap before you fall into it. His divine power breaks every snare the enemy sets.
Spiritual Attacks in Your Home
Your home should be a place of peace. But sometimes unclean spirits try to establish footholds through open doors we didn’t even know existed. The good news? You have divine power to drive out evil spirits and reclaim your space.
“Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” ā James 4:7
Notice the order here. First submit to God, then resist. This isn’t about our own strength ā it’s about standing in God’s authority. When you resist the devil in Jesus’ name, backed by submission to the heavenly Father, evil forces have no choice but to flee.
Here’s what that looks like practically. Walk through your home speaking this declaration:
Home Protection Prayer
“In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I command every evil spirit to leave this home immediately. This house belongs to the Lord, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper. I cover every room, every corner, every entrance with the blood of the Lamb. Holy Spirit, fill this space with Your presence and peace.”
“No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me, declares the Lord.” ā Isaiah 54:17
The heritage of the servants of the Lord includes protection from spiritual attacks. This verse isn’t just about physical weapons ā it covers every form of evil work directed against God’s children, including spiritual warfare in our homes.
But what about when you sense something specific ā cold spots, unexplained sounds, feelings of dread in certain rooms? That’s when you need to pray with particular authority.
“And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons…” ā Mark 16:17
This is Jesus speaking directly to His followers. We have authority in Jesus’ name to drive out demons and unclean spirits. Not because we’re special, but because Christ Jesus has already won the victory over every spiritual force of evil.
God’s presence doesn’t just visit our homes ā it can dwell there permanently when we invite the Holy Spirit to take residence. The next day after a thorough spiritual cleansing of your home, you’ll often notice a lightness in the atmosphere that speaks of God’s peace settling over your family.
A Real Moment
Mike moved into a rental house where his kids refused to sleep in the back bedroom, always complaining about “scary feelings.” He prayed through that room with Isaiah 54:17, anointed the doorframe with oil, and declared it holy ground. That night, his daughter asked to move back into “her favorite room.”
Evil Forces at Work or School
You can’t always control your environment at work or school. But you can still claim God’s protection and resist evil spirits wherever you go. The key is understanding that spiritual battles happen in heavenly places ā the unseen realm that overlays our physical world.
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” ā Ephesians 6:12
When coworkers turn hostile for no reason, when you sense darkness around certain people, when the very atmosphere feels oppressive ā that’s spiritual warfare. The powers of this dark world operate through human personalities, creating division, fear, and chaos.
But here’s what changes everything: you have the same Holy Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead living inside you.
“You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” ā 1 John 4:4
The “them” John refers to are false prophets and deceitful spirits. But the principle applies to every evil spirit: the Holy Spirit in you is greater than any demonic force in the whole world. That includes whatever spiritual attack you’re facing at work.
Do This Before Work
Pray 1 John 4:4 over yourself in your car before walking into the building. Declare that greater is He who is in you than any evil spirit in that workplace.
“But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.” ā 2 Thessalonians 3:3
God’s protection isn’t limited to church buildings or your home. The faithful God who promises to protect you from the evil one goes with you everywhere. His divine power operates in boardrooms, classrooms, and break rooms just as powerfully as in sanctuaries.
Sometimes workplace spiritual warfare intensifies during specific seasons ā budget cuts, leadership changes, or when you’re being considered for promotion. The enemy knows that good days are coming and will try to derail God’s plans through increased spiritual pressure.
“Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.” ā Psalm 34:19
Notice it doesn’t say “few” are the afflictions of the righteous. A righteous man or woman will face opposition. But every single affliction ā including workplace spiritual warfare ā ends in God’s deliverance for those who trust Him.
Protection from Nightmares and Fear
Nightmares aren’t always “just dreams.” Sometimes they’re spiritual attacks designed to fill you with fear and rob you of rest. The good news is that God’s Word provides specific protection for your sleep and dreams.
“In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” ā Psalm 4:8
This is David’s bedtime prayer ā and it should be yours too. When you declare that God alone makes you dwell in safety, you’re setting a spiritual boundary around your sleep. Evil spirits cannot cross the protection of the Most High.
But what if nightmares persist? Then you pray more specifically.
“When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.” ā Proverbs 3:24
God promises sweet sleep to those who trust Him. Not fitful, nightmare-filled sleep, but genuine rest. If evil spirits are attacking your dreams, claim this promise out loud before bed.
For parents dealing with children’s nightmares, remember that little children often have more spiritual sensitivity than adults realize. They may be seeing or sensing things in the spiritual realm that manifest as “bad dreams.” Don’t dismiss their fears ā pray with them.
“He will not let your foot slipāhe who watches over you will not slumber.” ā Psalm 121:3
When fear keeps you awake at night, remember this: God never sleeps. He’s watching over you with a loud voice of authority that commands every evil spirit to flee. His mighty power stands guard while you rest.
A Real Moment
Jennifer’s eight-year-old son woke up screaming every night for weeks. Doctors found nothing wrong. She started praying Psalm 4:8 over his bedroom each night, speaking peace over his dreams in Jesus’ name. The nightmares stopped within three days and never returned.
“He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.” ā Psalm 91:4
This verse from the secret place of the Most High gives us a beautiful picture of God’s protection. When you sleep under His wings, evil spirits cannot reach you. His faithfulness becomes your shield against every spiritual attack, including nightmares.
The Whole Armor of God
When facing serious spiritual warfare, you need the full armor of God. This isn’t symbolic ā it’s spiritual reality. Each piece of armor protects against specific types of evil attack.
“Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.” ā Ephesians 6:13
Notice Paul assumes the evil day will come. He’s not talking about “if” you face spiritual attack, but “when.” That’s why every believer needs to understand each piece of spiritual armor.
The evil day doesn’t always announce itself with dramatic manifestations. Sometimes it comes as a day of trouble when everything seems to go wrong simultaneously, or during later times when false prophets and deceitful spirits increase their activity before Christ’s return.
The whole armor of God isn’t just defensive. The sword of the Spirit ā which is the Word of God ā is your offensive weapon against the schemes of the devil. When you speak Scripture with faith, you’re wielding divine power that cuts through every evil attack.
But spiritual armor requires daily maintenance. Just as a soldier cleans and checks his equipment, believers must put on the whole armor of God each morning through prayer and God’s Word. This daily practice becomes your source of strength for whatever spiritual battles the day may bring.
The Mighty Name of Jesus Christ
Above every name that is named ā including the names of demons, evil spirits, and fallen angels ā is the name of Jesus Christ. This isn’t just a nice theological concept. It’s practical spiritual authority you can use right now.
“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.” ā Philippians 2:9-10
“Under the earth” includes demons and fallen angels. They have no choice but to bow at the name of Jesus Christ. When you speak His name with faith, you’re exercising the authority of the Son of God over every evil spirit.
But here’s what many Christians miss: there’s a difference between using Jesus’ name like a magic formula and exercising genuine faith in His authority.
“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” ā Luke 10:19
Jesus is speaking to His disciples ā which includes everyone who follows Him today. You have been given authority over all the power of the enemy. Not some of it. All of it. That covers every evil spirit, every demonic attack, every scheme of the devil.
When you pray in the name of the Lord Jesus, you’re not just adding a religious phrase to the end of your prayer. You’re invoking the mighty name of Jesus ā the name that carries all authority in heaven and earth.
“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” ā Acts 4:12
The name of Jesus Christ doesn’t just save souls ā it delivers from every form of evil. Whether you’re facing an unclean spirit, cosmic powers, or the great dragon himself, Jesus’ name carries the power that conquered death and hell.
The next time you sense evil spirits near, don’t cower in fear. Stand up and declare: “In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I command every evil spirit to flee. You have no authority here. Jesus is Lord, and I am covered by His blood.”
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.” ā Revelation 12:11
The blood of the Lamb combined with the word of their testimony ā that’s how believers overcome the great dragon (Satan) and his demonic forces. When you declare what Jesus has done and speak God’s Word in faith, you’re using the same weapons that will ultimately cast the devil into the lake of fire.
Young men and women in the faith sometimes struggle with doubt about their authority in Jesus’ name. But remember: your authority doesn’t come from your maturity or spiritual achievements. It comes from your position as a child of the living God, purchased by the blood of the Lamb.

Daily Practices for Spiritual Protection
The best defense against evil spirits isn’t crisis management ā it’s consistent daily practices that build up your spiritual armor. Little children in the faith often think spiritual warfare only happens during dramatic moments. But mature believers know that steady, daily faithfulness provides the strongest protection.
“Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” ā 1 Peter 5:8
Notice Peter says “be alert” ā present tense, ongoing action. Spiritual vigilance isn’t a one-time prayer. It’s a sober mind maintained daily through consistent practices that keep evil spirits from finding open doors.
Morning Protection Prayer
Start every day by claiming God’s protection. Don’t wait until you sense spiritual attack. Build the wall before the enemy approaches.
Daily Shield Prayer
“Heavenly Father, I put on the whole armor of God today. Cover me with the blood of the Lamb. Send Your angels to surround me and my family. Let no evil spirit have access to our home, our minds, or our relationships. In Jesus’ mighty name, I bind every scheme of the devil and loose Your peace over this day. Amen.”
Evening Cleansing
Before bed, release anything negative you picked up during the day. Evil spirits often attach to unforgiveness, fear, or anger. Don’t give them a foothold overnight.
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” ā Proverbs 4:23
Your heart is the wellspring of life ā and the primary target of spiritual attack. Daily heart-guarding through prayer, forgiveness, and Scripture meditation keeps evil spirits from gaining strongholds in your emotions.
Weekly Home Blessing
Once a week, pray through your entire home. Speak God’s Word over every room. Claim your family’s dwelling place as holy ground. Here’s a simple routine:
1. Walk through each room with a Bible
2. Read Psalm 91:1-2 out loud in every space
3. Pray for God’s presence to fill each corner
4. Declare your home belongs to the kingdom of God
This isn’t superstition. It’s biblical. Joshua told Israel to possess the land God had given them. You need to spiritually possess the physical spaces God has entrusted to your care.
A Real Moment
Tom started doing weekly home blessings after sensing oppression in his teenage son’s room. Within a month, his son’s attitude completely changed. “It’s like whatever was feeding the anger got starved out,” Tom told me. “Now that room feels peaceful again.”
Protection in Times of Uncertainty
Times of uncertainty often trigger increased spiritual warfare. When the foundations seem shaky ā job loss, health crises, relationship turmoil ā evil spirits see opportunity. But God’s people have always found Him to be their source of strength when everything else fails.
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” ā Psalm 46:1
The phrase “ever-present help” means God is already there before the trouble starts. His divine power doesn’t arrive after you call ā it’s positioned and ready. In times of uncertainty, this knowledge becomes your anchor.
When the whole world seems to be shaking, remember that you serve the God who spoke creation into existence. The same voice that said “Let there be light” speaks peace over your chaos and protection over your family.
“When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.” ā Isaiah 59:19
Sometimes spiritual attacks intensify precisely because you’re moving into something God has prepared for you. The enemy floods your circumstances with fear, doubt, and confusion, hoping you’ll retreat. But the Holy Spirit raises a banner of victory that no evil force can tear down.
Later times, as we approach Christ’s return, will see increased demonic activity. False prophets and deceitful spirits will multiply their efforts. But the family of believers who know their authority in Jesus’ name will stand firm and help others find freedom.
“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” ā Exodus 14:14
In the most overwhelming moments, when you feel too weak to even pray, remember this promise. God fights for His children. Your job isn’t to figure everything out or fight in your own strength. Your job is to be still and let His mighty power work on your behalf.
Family and Generational Warfare
Sometimes evil spirits target entire family lines, establishing patterns of addiction, depression, fear, or rebellion that pass from generation to generation. Breaking these cycles requires understanding your authority as a parent and the power available to the family of believers.
“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: ‘Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.'” ā Galatians 3:13
The curse of the law includes generational patterns of sin and bondage. When Jesus died on the cross, He broke every curse that could legally claim your family. You have the right to declare freedom from generational evil in Jesus’ name.
Many parents have found breakthrough by praying specifically for their children’s protection, declaring that the blood of the Lamb covers each child and that no generational curse has authority over them. A mother-daughter devotional can be particularly powerful, as you teach your daughters to recognize and resist spiritual attacks early.
“But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” ā Joshua 24:15
This isn’t just a nice Sunday school verse ā it’s a declaration of spiritual warfare. When you declare that your household will serve the Lord, you’re establishing the spiritual atmosphere of your home and cutting off any legal access evil spirits might claim.
“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” ā Proverbs 22:6
Part of training children in the way they should go includes teaching them to recognize and resist evil spirits. Age-appropriate spiritual warfare training helps children understand their authority in Jesus’ name and protects them from deception.
For families dealing with particularly intense spiritual warfare, consider these specific steps:
1. Examine family history for occult involvement, generational sin patterns, or curses that need to be broken
2. Remove any objects from your home that could provide spiritual legal access to evil spirits
3. Pray regularly for each family member by name, asking God to reveal any areas where the enemy has gained access
4. Teach children simple but powerful prayers they can use when they feel afraid or sense spiritual attack
5. Create a family culture where spiritual things are discussed openly and prayer is the first response to problems
A Real Moment
Lisa discovered a pattern of suicide attempts in her family line going back three generations. She spent time praying through Galatians 3:13, declaring that Jesus had broken every curse over her family. For her name’s sake, she claimed God’s protection over her children. Two years later, her teenage daughter – who had been struggling with severe depression – came to her and said, “Mom, it’s like something heavy just lifted off me. I feel hope again.”
When the Battle Intensifies
Some seasons bring heavier spiritual warfare than others. Job loss, family crisis, ministry opportunities, major life transitions ā these can trigger more intense evil attacks. That’s when you need to understand the difference between general protection and active spiritual combat.
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” ā Ephesians 6:10-11
The wiles of the devil ā his schemes and strategies ā require more than casual prayer. They require taking your stand with the full armor of God and fighting back with the sword of the Spirit.
During intense spiritual battles, you may need to:
“And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.” ā Ephesians 2:6
Here’s the ultimate truth about your position in spiritual warfare: you’re already seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. That means you’re fighting from victory, not for victory. Evil spirits are already defeated. You’re just enforcing the victory Jesus won on the cross.
Sometimes the battle intensifies right before breakthrough. The enemy knows that good days are coming ā promotion, healing, restored relationships, or ministry opportunities ā and he increases his attacks to try to derail God’s plans. Don’t retreat when the pressure increases. That’s often a sign you’re about to walk into something beautiful.
“He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.” ā Psalm 23:3
Even when you walk through seasons of intense spiritual warfare, God is leading you in paths of righteousness. He’s not punishing you ā He’s positioning you. The righteous right hand of the Most High is guiding you through the battle toward victory.
Understanding Your Weapons
The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ has not left you defenseless against evil attack. Every weapon you need for spiritual warfare has been provided through the knowledge of the truth and the mighty power of His Word.
“For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.” ā 2 Corinthians 10:3-4
Your weapons are not natural ā they’re supernatural. They don’t just push back evil spirits; they have divine power to demolish strongholds. Every Bible verse you speak in faith becomes a missile launched from the heavenly kingdom into the realm of darkness.
The great power of God’s Word lies not just in its content but in its source. When you quote Scripture, you’re speaking the very words that proceeded from the mouth of God. Evil spirits must obey because they’re hearing the voice of absolute authority.
“Is not my word like fire,” declares the Lord, “and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?” ā Jeremiah 23:29
God’s Word is like fire that burns away everything false and like a hammer that breaks the hardest resistance. When you feel overwhelmed by spiritual attack, remember that a single verse from the mouth of God carries more power than all the cosmic powers combined.
What About Mental Health?
Before we close, let’s address something important. Spiritual warfare is real, but so are mental health conditions. Sometimes what feels like evil attack is actually anxiety, depression, or trauma that needs professional care.
When to Seek Additional Help
If you’re experiencing persistent thoughts of self-harm, hearing voices, complete loss of sleep for multiple days, or inability to function normally, please reach out to a mental health professional in addition to spiritual support. God uses doctors, counselors, and medicine as instruments of His healing.
The Bible doesn’t pit spiritual care against medical care. God gave us minds that can be affected by chemical imbalances, trauma, and physical illness. Praying against evil spirits while also treating depression isn’t lack of faith ā it’s wisdom.
That said, many believers have experienced dramatic breakthroughs from oppression and fear by applying these Bible verses to keep evil spirits away. The key is discernment, supported by wise counselors who understand both spiritual and emotional health.
“A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.” ā Proverbs 16:9
Whether you need spiritual intervention, medical treatment, counseling, or a combination of all three, trust that the Lord is directing your steps toward wholeness and freedom. He is worthy of praise for providing multiple avenues of healing for His children.
Living in Victory
The goal of spiritual warfare isn’t just to survive attacks ā it’s to live in the victory Christ has already won. That means walking in the love of God, experiencing eternal life now, and helping others find the same freedom.
“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” ā 1 Corinthians 15:57
Victory isn’t something you’re trying to achieve ā it’s something you’ve been given. The next day after a spiritual battle, you wake up still victorious. The day after that, still victorious. Every single day, you carry the victory of Jesus Christ over every evil force.
When you understand this truth, spiritual warfare becomes less about fear and more about enforcing what Jesus has already accomplished. You’re not fighting for victory; you’re fighting from victory.
Your Authority in Christ
As we close, remember this: you don’t have to live in fear of evil spirits. Christ Jesus has given you divine power over all the schemes of the devil. The blood of the Lamb covers you. The Holy Spirit lives in you. The name of Jesus is your strong tower.
“He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves.” ā Colossians 1:13
You’ve been delivered from the dominion of darkness. Past tense. Already accomplished. Evil spirits may attack, but they cannot reclaim what Jesus has already rescued. You belong to the kingdom of God now, protected by the righteous right hand of the Most High.
When darkness presses in tonight ā and it might ā don’t panic. Pull out these Bible verses to keep evil spirits away. Speak them with faith. Stand in your authority as a child of God.
The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you. That’s more than enough to send every evil spirit fleeing into the outer darkness where it belongs.
“O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.” ā Psalm 63:1
In the dry seasons when evil attacks intensify, remember that your soul’s deepest need is for God Himself. Evil spirits flee not just because of your authority, but because of God’s presence that fills you when you seek Him earnestly.
“O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.” ā Isaiah 25:1
End every spiritual battle the same way ā with praise. When you declare “O Lord” and exalt His name, you’re reminding every evil spirit (and yourself) who really has the power. God’s perfect faithfulness has already planned your victory long ago.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to say these verses out loud?
While God knows your heart, speaking Scripture aloud has special power in spiritual warfare. Evil spirits respond to the audible declaration of God’s Word. Jesus spoke to Satan out loud during His temptation. Follow His example. When you speak with a loud voice of authority, declaring God’s truth, it cuts through spiritual opposition more effectively than silent prayer.
What if I don’t feel anything happen when I pray?
Spiritual warfare isn’t about feelings ā it’s about faith. Evil spirits must obey God’s Word whether you feel anything or not. Don’t measure effectiveness by emotions. Measure it by standing firm in God’s promises regardless of what you sense. Sometimes the most powerful prayers produce no immediate sensation, yet accomplish exactly what God intended.
Can children use these verses?
Absolutely. Teach your children simple verses like Psalm 91:1-2 and “Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world.” Kids often have more faith than adults and can experience powerful protection through God’s Word. Consider using a mother-daughter devotional approach to teach girls how to recognize and resist spiritual attacks early.
How do I know if what I’m experiencing is spiritual attack or something else?
Look for patterns: sudden onset of fear in certain places, nightmares with spiritual themes, unexplained oppression that lifts when you pray, or hostile reactions when you mention Jesus. When in doubt, pray these verses anyway ā they never hurt and often help. The knowledge of the truth will guide you in discerning spiritual versus natural causes.
What if the attacks keep coming back?
Persistent attacks often indicate open doors ā unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, occult objects, or generational patterns. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any legal access evil spirits might have, then close those doors through repentance and renunciation. Some battles require more intensive daily practices and the support of mature believers who understand spiritual warfare.
The battle is real, but the victory is already won. Stand firm in the authority Christ Jesus has given you. Speak His Word with confidence. Walk in the power of the enemy that flows from your position as a son or daughter of the kingdom of God.
