For help with the LordsLines app — including account issues, subscription questions, technical problems, or feature requests — please email us at editorial@godsverse.org.

Common LordsLines issues
I can’t log in Try signing in with Google from the login screen. If you’re still unable to access your account, email editorial@godsverse.org with the email address you used to sign up.
I subscribed but don’t have access to premium skits Subscriptions can take a few minutes to activate. Try closing and reopening the app, or tap “Restore Purchases” in the Settings screen. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID email or Google Play email.
My audio isn’t playing Check that your device isn’t on silent mode. If audio still doesn’t play, try force-closing and reopening the app. Contact us if the problem continues.
I want a refund Refunds for subscriptions are handled directly by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple refund requests, or your Google Play Store purchase history for Android refunds. We are unable to process refunds on our end.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → LordsLines → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LordsLines → Cancel
How do I delete my account? Open LordsLines → Settings → scroll to Account → tap “Delete Account.” Or email editorial@godsverse.org with the subject line “Delete My LordsLines Account.”
I have a feature request or skit suggestion We love hearing from you. Email editorial@godsverse.org with your ideas — especially if there’s a skit topic, Bible story, or seasonal production you’d love to see added to the library.
I didn’t receive my order
Please check your inbox, promotions tab, social tab, and spam folder for an email titled “Your downloads are ready”. If you placed the order less than an hour ago, please give it some time. Our system sometimes needs a payment confirmation in the backend before we send the script. Otherwise, if you still haven’t received your download, write to us here: press@godsverse.org
